Description
Image shows Billy George Randle, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Randle. He was one of 300 children who participated in a recital held by the Fort Worth Recreation Department, at North Side High School. The five-year-old was dressed as "Uncle Sam" and would recite the Pledge of Allegiance for his part in the program. Published in the evening edition, May 28, 1951.
