Texas Highway officials got down to business in a hurry when they came to Fort Worth to study the city's highway needs in a conference at Hotel Texas. Left to right, the officials are Major J. R. Edwards; State Highway Engineer, D. C. Greer; State Highway Commission Chairman E. H. Thorton, of Galveston; State Highway commission member, R. J. Potts; and City Manager, W. O. Jones.
