Description

The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Texas A&M Aggies at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Thousands of football fans traveled from all over to catch the game. In attendance left to right are N. L. Leachman, General H. J. Brees, and Dr. T. O. Walton. On the second row are Mr. and Mrs. Jake Miller. Mr. Leachman, of Dallas, Texas, is a retired A&M director. He is wearing a hat and a dark suit. General Brees, of San Antonio, Texas, is also a retired A&M director. He is wearing a hat and an unbuttoned three-piece suit, and eyeglasses. Dr. Walton, is the president of A&M. He is dressed in a hat and a double breasted suit, and smoking a cigar. The Millers are ranchers in Coleman, Texas. Mrs. Miller is wearing a hat, blouse, and blazer. Mr. Miller is dressed in a cowboy hat and a suit. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 19, 1941.
