Fort Worth City Sanitary Engineer Ralph Hardy, left, hands a box of rat poison to his aid, C. J. Robinson, for distribution in Fort Worth's downtown area. Throughout the city and county, the poison will be placed in advantageous spots to get the rats. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition October 15, 1941.
