Description
Tommy Tatum came home this week and had plenty to tell Ft. Worth friends and relatives who knew him when his bare feet pounded the hot pavement to and from Sycamore Park for junior baseball games 10 years ago. Before going any further, perhaps it should be explained that the athlete may be the next Ft. Worth product to make good in big league baseball. He was with the National League champion Brooklyn Dodgers 13 games last season. Mr. Tatum is shown wearing a Button Down Shirt. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition October 15, 1941.
