Tommy Dillard is a staff photographer with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He recently enlisted with the photographic division of the Gulf Coast Air Corps Training Center. Mr. Dillard will report to headquarters at Randolph Field in San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Mrs. Vera Ann Dillard. Mr. Dillard is standing against a wall, smoking a cigarette. He is dressed in a hat and a suit.
