Description
W. W. Brush, treasurer of the American Water Works Association, of New York, speaking at the thirty-sixth annual convention of the Southwest section of the American Water Works Association at Hotel Texas. Mr. Brush is wearing a suit and tie and standing in front of a microphone in the middle of a large room. About 300 attendees from Texas Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas came together. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 14 1941.
