Description
Claude Kennell, manager of The Gateway, Fort Worth's newest suburban theater. He is shown standing near a love seat, wearing suit and tie. Mr. Kennell is showing off one of the spacious "love seats" for the new theater house. These are one third wider than the regular seats and afford plenty of "stretching" room. The new house, located at 4101 East Lancaster Avenue, will open Thursday night. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 8, 1941.
