    Description

    The first of 100 tents for the camp of the United States Army recreation area of Fort Wroth was completed Tuesday at Sycamore Park. Giving the ropes a final tug on the canvas are Private Arthur L. Cass, left, of Austin, Texas, and Private Robert Page, Poteau, Oklahoma. The men are wearing Army summer service uniforms. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 1, 1940.
