Delta Airlines employees left to right are LaJuan Gilmore, and Miss Laura Wizark. Miss Wizark is the chief stewardess. She spent the day in Fort Worth, Texas interviewing applicants for hostess jobs. She is wearing a hat and a coat with a fur shawl. Miss Gilmore is shown in the interview. She was tentatively chosen as an airline hostess. She is a nurse at Harris Memorial Methodist Hospital. Miss Gilmore is dressed in a hat, button-up blouse, skirt, coat, and a brooch. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 20, 1940.
