Description
The Golden Gloves state tournament is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Competing in the welterweight quarterfinals left to right are Bill Sanders and C. R. Jordan. Sanders, of San Antonio, Texas, scored one of the surprise victories of the tournament. He is shown in the second round, knocking out Jordan, the Fort Worth champ. Jordan is falling to the mat after being hit by Sanders' terrific right.
