Description
The Golden Gloves state tournament is being held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Competing in the heavyweight quarterfinals are left tot right Aubrey Poole and Porter Bodine. Bodine, of Galveston, Texas, was in the midst of an effective third-round rally. Poole, of Houston, Texas, is shown squashing the rally with a strong right to Bodine's jaw. The referee is standing in the background, watching the action. Poole later went on to win the heavyweight state title.
