Description
Observance of National Dog Week turned the spotlight on many a pampered Fort Worth canine pet. Here are the five dogs that are rating more than average attention this week. In this picture is "Scraps," 2 year old fox terrier mascot of the Fire Station No. 7. One of the firemen stuck a helmet in a ladder on one of the big trucks and Scraps obliged by sitting under it. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 24, 1941.
