Gus Hudak, alias Gus Kodak, left, charged with robbery and shooting, shown with acting Lieutenant Detective Howard Grant, one of the Fort Worth officers who brought Hudak back to Fort Worth. Hudak was arrested in Mineola, New York on September 4 and was place in City hall jail here on an eight-year-old charge of robbery and shooting Boots Simpson. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 16, 1941.
