Eleven-year-old Billy Youngblood, freckled from his Summer vacation, who turned detective Thursday to help police capture a burglare, is shown here with his pal, Rags, a terrier. Billy is a sixth grader at Polytechnic Elementary School. Billy and his dog Rags are shown sitting on the steps of his front porch.
