Description
The United States Weather Bureau is assigning a new regional director to the Fort Worth, Texas, office. Pictured left to right are Erle Hardy and H. P. Adams. Mr. Hardy is the new director in charge of the district, which includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. He is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Adams, his predecessor, was assigned in the region for four years. His new post is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is wearing a striped shirt with cuffed sleeves and a necktie.
