Description
Captain Sam L. Hunnicutt, of Fort Worth, Texas, right, liaison officer of the 56th Cavalry, examines the hoof of his crack horse "Sun-Up," as Stable Sergeant W. T. Harwood, of Van Buren, Arkansas, holds the horse. Captain Hunnicutt is dressed in military uniform while Sergeant Harwood is wearing a tank-top tucked into trousers. Sergeant Harwood is also holding a rope in his other hand, as Captain Hunnicutt examines the horse. Another horse can be seen standing behind "Sun-Up" at left.
