Three veteran cotton ginners were among those attending a one day meeting for the Texas Cotton Ginners Association at the Hotel Texas. They are left to right, H. B. Echols of Johnson County, Texas; Ruben Williams, Palmer, Texas, and M. O. Pate, Perrin, Texas. Mr. Echols of Johnson County, Texas is wearing a tweed suit. Mr. Williams is from Palmer, Texas. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Mr. Pate, of Perrin, Texas, is wearing a button-up shirt with pens in the pocket, suspenders, and trousers.
