    Description

    The Sixth Annual XIT Rodeo and Reunion is being held in Dalhart, Texas. The lively event draws large crowds, often doubling the town's population. In attendance, left to right, are John J. Noone and Milt Reinhold. They are admiring the knee-high grama grass that replaced the sand dunes of the Dust Bowl. Mr. Noone is the vice president of the Inter-State National Bank of Kansas City, Missouri. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, trousers, and is carrying a hat. Mr. Reinhold is a native of Dalhart. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers.
