Exhibitors in Fort Worth, Texas, for the National Fashion Exhibitors, Incorporated, semi-annual style show opening at Hotel Texas were looking for potential models for the show. Harry L. Rose, of Los Angeles, California, center, and Herman Shankin, of San Antonio, Texas, right, spotted Jean Harris, left, walking on the sidewalk, and offered her a modeling job. Miss Harris is wearing a floral print dress, gloves and a scarf in her hair. She is holding clutch purse in her right hand. Rose and Shankin are wearing suits. Rose is carrying sports clothes that will be featured in the show. At the right, at the edge of the sidewalk, is a parking meter, and a car is parked beside it on the road.
