Description
T. L. West (seated left) is defense bonds chairman for employees of the Hobbs Manufacturing Company at 609 North Main Street. Here he is signing up W. A. Ash (seated right) while two more customers, Floyd Casstevens, Junior, (standing left) and Roy Glover (standing right), stand by and wait their turn. Mr. West and Mr. Ash are sitting at a desk and Mr. Casstevens Jr. and Mr. Glover are standing between them. There are sheets of paper and a rectangular case on the desk. All four men are wearing collared shirts and trousers.
