Four postal organizations concluded a joint state convention with election of officers at Hotel Texas. N. C. Hartig, of El Paso, Texas, was elected president of the Texas Branch of the United National Association of Post Office Clerks. He is standing against a wall, wearing a suit, necktie and eyeglasses. There are ribbons pinned to the lapel of his suit jacket.
