Description

The Sixth Annual XIT Rodeo and Reunion is being held in Dalhart, Texas. The lively event draws large crowds, often doubling the town's population. In attendance, left to right, on the back row, are H. L. Peeples, and Neal Freeman. On the front row are Mrs. Peeples and Mrs. Freeman. Mr. Peeples is the Mayor of Dalhart. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Freeman is dressed in a button-down shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mrs. Peeples is dressed in a button-up blouse and a skirt. Mrs. Freeman is wearing a floral, striped dress.
