Description

The Sixth Annual XIT Rodeo and Reunion is being held in Dalhart, Texas. The lively event draws large crowds, often doubling the town's population. In attendance, left to right, are Mrs. Tom Swearingen, Mrs. Otho W. Mimms, and Mrs. John R. Armstrong Senior. Mrs. Swearingen, of Dalhart, is dressed in a hat, blouse, blazer and matching skirt, and a pearl necklace. Mrs. Mimms, of Amarillo, Texas, is wearing a hat, dress, shawl, and a brooch. Mrs. Armstrong, of Farwell, Texas, is dressed in a hat, floral blouse, matching skirt, and white gloves. They are all holding handbags.
