Dickens County is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the county's organization at the the Spur Roundup and Rodeo. In attendance is Jo Ann Stephens. She was named "Miss Abilene" at the Rodeo. Miss Stephens is pictured standing next to her horse. She is wearing a cowboy hat, western blouse, bandanna, trousers, and cowboy boots.
