Dickens County is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the county's organization at the the Spur Roundup and Rodeo. Participating in the Spur, Texas, parade is Peggy Beth Koonsman. At five years old, she is the youngest rider in the parade. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Koonsman, of Dickens County. Peggy Beth is shown riding her pony. She is dressed in a cowboy hat, western blouse, trousers, and cowboy boots.
