    These are members of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce delegation, shown just before their departure Friday from the Texas and Pacific Railway Station in three special cars. The members are due to arrive in the national capital Sunday morning for two events preliminary to a hearing Monday before the Board of Engineers for Rivers and Harbors on justification of the comprehensive Trinity River improvement program. Left to right, Albert Evans Junior Mayor McCrary, and H. H. Wilkinson, president of the Continental National Bank.
