Dr. E. M. Waits, president emeritus of Texas Christian University (T. C. U.), center, arranged a luncheon for two members of the Allied Youth temperance movement. Dr. Homer Price Rainey, left, president of the University of Texas and national board chairman of the temperance group, and W. Roy Breg, executive secretary both spoke at the Fort Worth Club. All three men are wearing suits. Dr. Waits' right arm is in a sling after a fall at the National Open golf tournament. This photograph appeared in the June 10, 1941 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
