The men are shaking hands. Congressman Dies is wearing a double-breasted suit and bow tie, with several pens in his breast pocket. Dr. Walker is wearing a suit and tie with a pocket squire in his breast pocket. This photograph appeared in the June 4, 1941 morning edition of the Star-Telegram.
