Description

Camp Wolters is hosting a farewell banquet in Mineral Wells, Texas for the officers of the Company B, 60th Infantry Training Battalion. Attending the dinner left to right are Captain Norman K. Jackson, Captain Charles H. Thompson, Second Lieutenant Vinton L. Green, and First Lieutenant Richard L. Barnsdahl. The men are sitting behind a table in the banquet hall. Captain Jackson is the company commander. He is wearing a pinstripe suit. Captain Thompson, battalion adjutant, is wearing a suit. Lieutenant Green is dressed in a double breasted suit. Lieutenant Barnsdahl is wearing a light colored suit. There is an American Flag in the background. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, June 5, 1941.
