    Description

    More than three-hundred people including school teachers and college students, registered for the Southwestern Congress of Optometry's Conference on reading disability. The four-day conference is being held at the Hotel Texas. Of interest to the optometrists is the new equipment display. Nelson Greeman of San Antonio, president of the Southwestern congress, tries out a new type chair while Doctor R. F. Pray Senior takes notes. Doctor Pray, from Beaumont is a past president of the Texas Optometry Association. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 1940.
