Description
Communications personnel of the 36th Division at Camp Bowie moved out for command post exercises. Sergeant George W. White Junior, of Fort Worth, Texas, member of the Headquarters Company, 144th Infantry, is trying out a new radio, the latest in Army send-receive equipment, developed to meet blitzkrieg warfare requirements. Sergeant White is wearing his military uniform. He is holding the speaking end of the radio in his left hand and is turning a dial with his right hand.
