Description
Captain E. M. Wells of the Texas State Highway Patrol office in Fort Worth, Texas, is instructing his newest "patrolman" in the duties of an officer. The "patrolman" is a six-month-old Capuchin monkey. He was given to the patrol office by the Forest Park Zoo as a station mascot. The monkey will soon be fitted for a uniform by Mrs. Wells. Captain Wells is dressed in a police uniform.
