"Mayor" Whitten (seated, center) of the Fort Worth Boys Club receives the congratulations of his constituency (part of them) after the ballots are all in. There is a piece of paper and gavel on the desk. In the background are a bookcase, lion painting, and United States flag. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 20, 1941.
