Description

The 13th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. The show exhibits both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracts crowds from all over the Plains country. "Designen Xenia Golden Boy" is one of the prize winning Jersey bulls at the show. He is owned by J. E. Rigler, of Plainview, Texas. Mr. Rigler is standing by the halter, dressed in a hat, button-up shirt, necktie, and trousers.
