Description

The 13th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. The show exhibits both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracts crowds from all over the Plains country. L. A. Brunson, of Midland, Texas, is posing with his heifer, "Cowslip Dreaming Queen." His prize cow had an average 24-hour butterfat test of 7.04, the highest record of the year. Mr. Brunson is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and trousers.
