    Image shows These students were winners of Good Citizenship Medals annually presented by the chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution to a boy and girl in each of the junior high schools. This group received medals from the Fort Worth Chapter. They are, left to right, Billie Jo Dysart (Amon Carter Riverside Junior High), Mary Jo Halsell (W. C. Stripling Junior High), Billy Hogue (Amon Carter Riverside) and Huck Newberry (W. C. Stripling). The two boys are wearing suits and the girls are wearing dresses. Mary Jo has a bow in her hair. They are standing outside and behind them are parked cars, houses and trees. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 13, 1941.
