Description
Floods plagued many West Texas communities over the weekend running deep into city streets and causing damage. Creek flooding damaged the Seymour cotton oil mill area. Large bales of cotton salvaged from the flood is shown piled in the street. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 5, 1941.
