Description
Two Hicks Field lieutenants and a flying cadet bought defense savings from H. C. Burke, Junior, vice president of the Continental National Bank. Left to right the purchasers are Lieutenant R. F. Askew, Flying Cadet A. J. Keene and Lieutenant R. C. Sears. Mr. Burke Jr. is sitting at a desk with Lieutenant Askew and Lieutenant Sears sitting on either side of him. Flying Cadet Keene is standing behind the desk, between Lieutenant Askew and Mr. Burke Jr. On the desk are sheets of paper, a telephone, and a pen stand. The men from Hicks Field are all wearing uniforms and Mr. Burke Jr. is wearing a suit.
