    Fort Worth, Texas, and West Texas were represented when the annual convention of the Texas Real Estate Association opened at Mineral Wells, Texas. Standing left to right are R. L. Brown, Muleshoe, Texas, a forum speaker on farm and ranch sales; R. J. Newton, secretary of Fort Worth Real Estate Association and a director of the state organization; W. S. Wagley, Abilene, Texas, executive vice president of the state association's realtors' division; and James T. Hobbs, Fort Worth, Texas, former president of the Fort Worth, Texas, association.
