Description
Tom Gillis (left), past district governor of Lions International, presents the charter for the new Azle, Texas chapter to H. H. Sampson, president of the new unit. The ceremony took place at the Azle school gymnasium. Mr. Gillis and Mr. Sampson are both holding the charter. They are both wearing suits and neckties. This photograph was published in the April 25, 1941 morning edition of the Star-Telegraph.
