Description
Larry Wolfe, of Highland Park High School, winning the 440-yard run at a regional high school track meet in Denton, Texas. Running behind him on the track are several unidentified athletes. Wolfe is wearing a pair of dark shorts and a light-colored tank top. His competitors are also wearing a similar ensemble. Standing at the right, next to the track, are several spectators looking on at the race. Wolfe finished the run in 50.2 seconds, setting a new record.
