Description

Amateur boxers competed in the Fort Worth district Golden Gloves tournament. The winners of the eight weight classes are moving on to the state tournament to be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Jose Andreas is the winner of the district Flyweight title. He beat out George Cunningham for the slot. Andreas is standing against a wall at the Recreation Building. He is dressed in boxing trunks and has his hands wrapped.
