Description
Amateur boxers competed in the Fort Worth district Golden Gloves tournament. The winners of the eight weight classes are moving on to the state tournament to be held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Andy Eagleton won the middleweight division after winning on a technical knockout against Bob Young. Eagleton is standing in front of a wall at the Recreation Building, dressed in his boxing shorts.
