Description
Winners in the Euterpean Club's annual piano contest held at Texas Wesleyan College were, left to right, Patricia Flowers, Bruce Matson and Gloria Chambers. Bruce Matson, who placed first, is the 8-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Matson, 3249 Greene Avenue. Gloria Chambers, second place winner, is the 7-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry M. Chambers, 1813 Warner Road. Patricia Flowers, third place, is the 9-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Flowers, 2246 Harrison Avenue. Bruce and Patricia are pupils of Mrs. Orlin R. Morse and Gloria is a pupil of Mrs. Georgia V. Roberson. They are standing in front of a bare wall. The girls are wearing dresses and Bruce is wearing a button-down shirt.
