Description

New officers of the Carroll Peak Elementary School Dads Club, which observed its 10th anniversary on April 15, 1941. The club leaders are (left to right) L. J. Garey, president, O. D. Seamster, vice president, and N. G. Waskom, secretary-treasurer. The three men are standing in front of a blank wall, all wearing suits. Garey is wearing a double-breasted pinstripe suit. Seamster is wearing a three-piece pinstripe suit. Seamster has his right arm around Garey's shoulders.
