    Description

    One of the floats in the parade at the Borden County 50th anniversary celebration, which carried a group of women who were dressed as a "typical family of 1890." Seated on the carriage are, starting with the front row, left to right: Mrs. Clyde DePauw, Mrs. J. H. Parker, Mrs. E. J. Treadway, Mrs. B. J. Boyd, Mrs. Dallas Vaughn, Mrs. Fred Henderson, Mrs. C. H. Cabool and Thelma Parker, all of O'Donnell, Texas. They are wearing clothing typical of the 1890's, including long, ruffled dresses as well as hats and bonnets.
