    Description

    The Weatherford Rotary-Lions Club is holding a joint luncheon to honor native son of Parker County and commander of Camp Wolters, Brigadier General William Hood Simpson. Attending the luncheon left to right are H. J. Gregory, Walter Richards, and George Fant. Mr. Gregory was a school employee when the general attended Weatherford High School. He is dressed in a tweed suit. Mr. Richards was the general's high school football coach. He is wearing a three piece, double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Fant introduced the general at the luncheon. He is dressed in a tweed three piece suit. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, April 9, 1941.
