Major General Holman Taylor, left, and Colonel R. K. Whitson, professor of military science and tactics, watching the review of Fort Worth, Texas's, Reserve Officers' Training Corps (R. O. T. C.) units at Farrington Field. They are saluting to the flag of the United States and Corps flag (out of frame) from the bleachers. Both men are wearing military uniforms and Major General Taylor is also wearing a pair of eyeglasses. Behind them, several cadets can be seen saluting as well.
