Description

Participating in the Army Day review of Fort Worth, Texas's, Reserve Officers' Training Corps (R. O. T. C.) units were, left to right, Technical Sergeants Harold Haynes, Flavin J. Arseneau, William R. Goodman and Robert Shaw. The four cadets are marching down the race track, all wearing their R. O. T. C. uniforms. Technical Sergeants Haynes and Shaw are carrying rifles, and Technical Sergeants Arseneau and Goodman are holding up an American flag and the corps colors flag, respectively. In the background, other groups of cadets can be been lined up on the field.
